de-clutter…
We’re starting to de-clutter and donate or sell things around us that are just collecting dust. We would like create a place where our son and his friends can have a place to play, learn, explore, and discover. We have plenty of space but we also have plenty of valuable things that other household can benefit from. I’m currently doing an inventory of things and will soon purge them out of our property.

Not knowing where to start
So what now? Where do we start, which part of the house to tackle, with what, project timelines, budgets which in this case, low or even zero.
I do have an idea on the end-result of the project but with a low budget approach, I would like to use existing elements, natural materials, and even recycled stuff.
With spring being just around the corner, I would like to get started on the garden and landscaping. The canvas is empty now so it will be a perfect time to do this. We have seeds saved up from the previous harvest so that will not cost us anything.
Now to the blueprint and drawing board to come up with a clean and minimalist design. A lot of the elements will be incorporated from a Japanese garden. Stay tuned…
